Description: MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES ARE EXPECTED TO DROP INTO THE
LOW TO MID 20S ACROSS MUCH OF THE REGION BY EARLY THIS AFTERNOON.
IN ADDITION…WEST TO NORTHWEST WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 15 TO 20
MPH WITH GUSTS TO 25 MPH BY LATE MORNING AND PERSIST THROUGH THIS
AFTERNOON BEFORE DIMINISHING BY EARLY EVENING. THE COMBINATION OF
DRY HUMIDITIES AND BREEZY CONDITIONS WILL LEAD TO AN ENHANCED
THREAT FOR THE SPREAD OF WILDFIRES.

RESIDENTS ARE URGED TO EXERCISE CAUTION HANDLING ANY POTENTIAL
IGNITION SOURCE…INCLUDING MACHINERY…CIGARETTES…AND MATCHES.
BE SURE TO PROPERLY DISCARD ALL SMOKING MATERIALS. ANY DRY GRASSES
AND TREE LITTER THAT IGNITE WILL HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO SPREAD
QUICKLY.
