Description: The National Weather Service in Baltimore MD/Washington has
issued a Wind Advisory, which is in effect from 4 AM to 1 PM EST
Monday.

* TIMING…Late this afternoon and early this evening, and again
Monday morning through midday. The strongest winds are expected
late tonight through midday Monday.

* WINDS…West 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph late this
afternoon and evening, decreasing to 15 to 25 mph with gusts up
to 40 mph overnight, then increasing to 25 to 35 mph with gusts
to around 50 mph Monday morning through midday.

* IMPACTS…Strong winds may blow down limbs, trees, and power
lines. Scattered power outages are expected. The persistent
winds combined with saturated ground enhances the risk for
downed trees.

Instruction: A Wind Advisory means that winds of 45 to 55 mph are expected.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles.
